Description of Role & Objectives 

  • National Account Manager will work with management to target and pursue potential sales leads and clients in the Outdoor, Experiential Marketing, Music, Golf, Running and Event Spaces.

  • NAM will base at BAP HQ and work directly with Senior Sales Management to develop new and existing relationships to generate revenue for BAP.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop long term business relationships; source, identify and secure new business opportunities.

  • Work closely with existing accounts to create and drive revenue, ensure quality and on time production of goods.

  • Brand Asset Partners is a young startup and at times each of us must wear any number of the proverbial “hats” to make sure a project is finished on time etc.  There will be days when you’ll be asked to help in whatever regard is necessary.  

  • National Account Director will report directly to Mike Meador & Steve Wright.

 Skills

  • Interpersonal communication skills that exude confidence and an understanding that we are a growing company with intentions to be an industry leader. 

  • Sales and/or customer service experience is required.

  • Have an attention to detail type mentality,

  • Computer proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft and other SAAS such as SharpSpring, Monday.com, Zoom, QuickBooks and similar.  

 Performance

Nothing will be asked of you that no one else isn’t willing to step in and do themselves. We are a team at Brand Asset Partners and even when we divide to conquer, we are only as strong as the weakest link. Iron sharpens iron, so we ask that this role focus on making sure everyone around them is getting better every day and no balls are dropped to ensure successful brand assets are delivered to our partners.

Compensation

This is a sales draw plus commission position. More details will be available regarding structure of pay upon offer.

Travel

Potentially there will be travel to tradeshows or client meetings in the future.
