The Opportunity
Zillow's agency, Manifold engaged with us to provide a multi layered graphic presentation at a large event space in downtown Denver. BAP provided a wide variety of printed elements from installed window graphics, vertical falcon boards, stage backdrops, custom cut foam letters, printed folders and other premium items. BAP managed the elements from sourcing, print production as well as the day of installation.
The Challenge
Timing! With approval coming in staggered for the different items on the project we had to manage sourcing and production timing to make sure everything was completed and ready for the day of install at the pop up location. Then once we were given the ability to launch the installation, time was ticking to ensure all the graphics were hung, the staging was complete, and we only had 24 hours.
The Solution
With our unique industry experience and ability to seamless blend our unrivaled network of suppliers, installers and in-house production our team was able to execute a flawless installation that met with a tremendous amount of praise from not only our client (Manifold) but the Execs on hand
from Zillow. Just like Manifold and their team are experts and creatively developing amazing events, we are experts at executing and printing to ensure no decal is left off a wall, no sign is misprinted and absolutely no corner is cut…literally.
Conclusion
Manifold and their client were extremely pleased with our performance and professionalism when the event launched and as a result have since contracted BAP to produce elements for five more similar Zillow regional events around the country.
